Public policy

Privacy Policy

NicMenu collects only the information needed to provide restaurant ordering, staff operations, billing, support, and account access.

This page is prepared for launch readiness and should be reviewed by the owner or legal counsel before AppSumo submission.

Information we collect

We may collect restaurant account details, owner and staff login information, menu and table data, order details, reservation and waitlist details, support messages, and basic technical data such as device, browser, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to operate the product, process restaurant workflows, protect accounts, provide support, improve reliability, manage subscriptions, and communicate important product or account updates.

Guest data

Guests do not need a login to place dine-in orders. Restaurants control the guest information they request, such as name, phone, table, order notes, and reservation details.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell restaurant or guest data. We may use trusted infrastructure, database, hosting, payment, and support providers only as needed to run the service.

Security

NicMenu uses protected routes, hashed passwords, role-based access, tenant isolation, and secure code redemption. No system is risk-free, so restaurants should use strong passwords and limit staff access to the right roles.
