Restaurants can evaluate NicMenu during the available free trial or demo setup period before choosing a paid subscription.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Refund handling for direct subscriptions should be reviewed and finalized by the owner before launch. Until then, restaurants should contact support with account details and the reason for the request.
AppSumo purchases
AppSumo lifetime deal purchases are normally handled through the AppSumo marketplace refund process. Redeemed codes remain tied to the account unless a verified administrative reversal is approved.
Restaurant customer payments
NicMenu's manual restaurant bill payments are operational records only. Refunds for food orders are handled directly by the restaurant, not by NicMenu.
