Service
NicMenu provides QR menus, table ordering, kitchen display, waiter operations, reservations, waitlist, billing, receipts, reports, and AppSumo redemption features for dine-in restaurants.
Accounts
Restaurant owners are responsible for account accuracy, staff access, menu content, prices, taxes, billing settings, and customer-facing information shown inside their workspace.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access another restaurant's data, upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security, or use NicMenu for fraudulent activity.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid SaaS subscriptions, manual restaurant bill payments, and AppSumo lifetime access are separate flows. AppSumo codes are single-use and cannot be transferred after redemption.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, internet access, browsers, payment providers, or database infrastructure.
